Understanding Yourself & Others
Life Lab Institute's Signature Workshop
Greater self-understanding has the power to transform the way we communicate, build relationships, and experience the world around us.
This interactive workshop uses the Enneagram as a powerful framework for exploring the motivations, patterns, and perspectives that shape how we think, communicate, respond to stress, and relate to others. Rather than focusing on personality labels, participants gain practical insight into why they do what they do—and how greater self-awareness can lead to healthier relationships, stronger communication, and meaningful personal growth.
Whether you're discovering the Enneagram for the first time or deepening your understanding, you'll leave with practical tools you can immediately apply in your relationships, your work, your family, and your everyday life.
An Experience Designed for Conversation, Reflection, and Growth
This is more than a presentation.
Participants engage through guided reflection, interactive exercises, thoughtful discussion, and real-life application. The experience is designed to help people not only understand the Enneagram, but begin using it as a practical tool for communicating more effectively, navigating conflict with greater empathy, and appreciating the different ways people experience the world.
Our goal isn't simply to teach the Enneagram.
Our goal is to help people better understand themselves so they can connect more authentically with others.
